I went there with my wife to start our spring break. We were told to have a seat. She sat there for 10-15 minutes and no one even talked to she got upset and left. Not a great start to our vacation. My pedicure was fine but I was not comfortable sitting there alone.

My only frustration is I made an appointment for 6pm and they did not start my nails until 7pm. I love this salon and come here every 3 weeks. It was upsetting they didn’t try to offer any discount or try to make things right.
